Être membre d’un conseil d’administration est un engagement important dans son milieu. Connaissez-vous bien les obligations qui découlent de votre statut d’administrateur ? Cet atelier expliquera les diverses obligations et responsabilités des membres d’un c.a., que ce soit d’une coopérative d’habitation ou d’un organisme à but non lucratif.

Being on the Board of Directors of a non-profit organization or a housing coop is an important commitment. Are you aware of all the obligations that come with the administrator’s status? This workshop will explain the obligations and responsibilities of Board members.
